Cyndi Lauper used to have a job cleaning out dog kennels.

Cyndi had MANY odd jobs, ranging from a "hot walker" of horses at Belmont Race Track, an ear piercer, a salesclerk in a vintage clothing store, and a singing waitress in a Japanese piano bar.
